Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

RevenueSweep ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at revenuesweep.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our free business qualification assessment, how we use it, and the limited circumstances under which we share it with the third-party partners that help you recover the savings we identify. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you interact with the Site:

  • Business profile data submitted through the /qualify and /intake forms, including: business name, contact name and email, business type/industry, annual revenue range, state of operation, and property ownership status.
  • Supporting documents (such as property tax bills, prior returns, or unclaimed-funds documentation) that you choose to upload through the Site. Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud object storage via the Polsia R2 proxy.
  • Anonymous site analytics collected through Polsia's privacy-respecting analytics beacon. The beacon sets a single randomly-generated visitor identifier named polsia_vid in your browser's localStorage; this identifier contains no personal information and is used only to distinguish unique sessions.
  • Click data on outbound links to our partner services, recorded solely so we and our partners can attribute the referral.

Cookies & Tracking

The Site does not place advertising cookies, third-party marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking pixels. The only client-side identifier RevenueSweep sets is the polsia_vid visitor identifier stored in your browser's localStorage by the Polsia analytics beacon — it is not a cookie, it is not shared across sites, and it does not identify you personally. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for revenuesweep.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Generate a preliminary, rules-based eligibility assessment across tax credit, unclaimed property, and cost-recovery programs relevant to your business.
  • Route you to the appropriate partner specialist for any program you choose to pursue.
  • Send transactional emails related to your assessment — most importantly, the results of your free assessment and any follow-up reminders you request. These emails are sent via Google Workspace SMTP from info@revenuesweep.com; if our primary email service is unavailable, we fall back to the Polsia email proxy (sent from revenuesweep@polsia.app) to ensure delivery.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the parties listed below, and only the minimum data each party needs to perform its function:

  • Partner specialists — Second Look Capital (ERC / R&D credits), Ownwell (property tax appeals), and missingmoney.com (unclaimed property). A partner receives your contact details and program-specific information only when you click the link to that partner from your assessment results.
  • Cloudflare R2 — used for secure storage of any documents you choose to upload to the Site.
  • Polsia — used for site hosting, the R2 storage proxy, the analytics beacon, and as an email-delivery fallback.
  • Google Workspace — used to send transactional email from info@revenuesweep.com.

Data Retention & Security

Your submission data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. We retain your data while our business relationship with you is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, audit, and legal obligations. On written request to info@revenuesweep.com, we will delete your submission record and any uploaded documents within 30 days. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

Your Rights

You have the right to (a) request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, (b) correct inaccurate information, and (c) request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, email info@revenuesweep.com from the address on file; we will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected such information in error, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
