Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RevenueSweep website located at revenuesweep.com (the "Site") or by submitting information through our qualification tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Service Description

RevenueSweep provides a free, rules-based eligibility assessment that screens your business profile against a curated set of programs, including federal and state tax credits, unclaimed property (escheat) funds, and cost-recovery opportunities. After your assessment, RevenueSweep may match you with one or more independent third-party specialist partners who can pursue those opportunities on your behalf.

RevenueSweep is a screening and referral service only. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, enrolled agent, financial advisor, or insurance provider, and we do not render legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

No Professional Advice

The content on the Site, including the outputs of your eligibility assessment, is provided for informational and screening purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional who has reviewed the specific facts of your situation. Before acting on any opportunity identified by RevenueSweep, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Results

Our rules-based assessment is a preliminary screen based on the information you provide and the publicly available rules of each program at the time of assessment. It does not guarantee that you qualify for, will receive, or will benefit from any specific program, credit, refund, or recovery. Final qualification, claim approval, and the actual amount of any recovery are determined solely by the relevant government agencies and the partner specialists who file on your behalf. Any "average" recovery figures shown on the marketing pages of the Site are illustrative and reflect historical partner outcomes, not a promise of what your specific results will be.

Partner Relationships

If you choose to pursue an opportunity identified by RevenueSweep, you will be routed to an independent third-party partner that specializes in that program. Each partner sets its own fee structure, engagement terms, and disclosures, which are presented to you before you sign any agreement with that partner. Most of our partners work on a contingency-fee basis, charging a percentage of the savings or recovery they obtain for you; you pay nothing upfront to the partner for their services.

"No upfront cost" refers to the fees charged by our partners to you, the user. It does not apply to any filing fees, recording fees, or other charges imposed by government agencies, which remain your responsibility regardless of any partner engagement.

User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your qualification submissions.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when filing or pursuing any claim based on the assessment results.
  • Not use the Site to submit fraudulent, falsified, or knowingly misleading information, or to file claims on behalf of businesses you are not authorized to represent.
  • Maintain the security of any login credentials or account access we may provide in the future.

Intellectual Property

The Site — including its design, branding, copy, logos, program descriptions, rules engine, scoring logic, and underlying source code — is the property of RevenueSweep and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueSweep, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevenueSweep, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your pursuit of any opportunity identified by the assessment, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and RevenueSweep each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users by email. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
